Is your pinsound sound file available?
Can you help me with a link / how to install that new VIDEO on mine?? 😳 I better number these: 1.) Where’d you get the Kenwoods & did they come w a subwoofer? 2.) Did you get the color LED rings for the speakers at the same place? Where? 😬 🤷♂️ 3.) Where’d you get that awesome volume panel and was it a nightmare to install?? I am looking to upgrade these as well, and I’m not a Pinside user. Any help would be hugely appreciated!! 🙏 ✌️
speakerlightkits.com Make sure you order the speaker plates if you plan to upgrade to the 5.25” speakers. Kenwoods are model Kenwood KFC-1366S 5-1/4" but the install does require soldering. The external volume control is super easy to install. Won’t take you more than 10 minutes. You can order it from any pinball mod website.
They don’t come with a sub.
Those two would be an awesome combo. Those are 2 of my 3 movie posters in my man cave
Also, that bttf jingle at the end made my arm hair stand up. Good touch

Wow. As someone who was finally able to buy a mint, HUO TSPP w only 300 plays, this was a huge inspiration. You share my feelings and passion for taking your favorite pin to its zenith. My problem is only that I haven’t yet found MY dream pin to take to this level. But when I DO (god willing), I’m doing everything possible to match this one. The gold blades & balls really put it over. 👌 (I’m waitin for MY Cliffys to show up for my TSPP). Also, Mezel’s CS (Kristin) is THEE BEST! So glad you had great CS throughout. 👉Big Q: I made a huge mistake buying a speaker kit from another outfit. This “Pinsound” you speak of … can you tell me if it’d be worth buying and using on a Simpsons machine? The bad kit I bought … the “super woofer” killed ALL the sound in my machine and I had to literally disconnect it! Still trying to settle this! Thank you if you’re able to answer! 🙏
I believe the Simpsons Pinball Party is another Whitestar game like LOTR. In that case I would 100% recommend Pinsound.

Amazing how cheaply made the modern Sterns are, when you compare it to this. Even Keiths new game Jaws (He is the biggest star in pinball, so you would think that they let him put in a little extra), is so filled with nothing in comparison. This is a beautiful pin packed to the brim. I hope to own this machine one day. Please Stern: Make a Vault Edition of LOTR......!

Not sure how you actually pulled this off without taking the entire mech out. I had it on my floor and it was still insanely hard to get the screws to catch the threads of the socket properly. You can't see the holes anymore.
I put the screws on the heads but I didn't screw them all the way so that the head could slip through the mounting bracket. Once in place, I screwed them the rest of the way with the Titan Pinball wrench, starting first with the bottom screw. It was fairly easy.
