NEWSFLASH - Struggling with your mental health during the Holiday Season does NOT make you a "Scrooge" ... In fact, in my case, I'd argue that it's quite the opposite. I'm as HOLLY & JOLLY as it could possibly get, but that doesn't mean the Chritsmas Season doesn't have it's fair share of tough moments for me.
