Hey thanks for the video. The thing is, i got the AOR on 9th Jan 2025 and today i got the email which states i can create the tracker. However it keeps giving me this error " Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet." when i try to create one. I dont have a representative. do you think i need to wait for somedays before creating the tracker?

Mum thank you very much for your educative video. I have raised a webform to withdraw my student visa application because there was an error.Its been one month now..how long will it take for ircc to withdraw the application and can i reapply after receiving withdrawal confirmation from ircc?

Previously, I submitted my updated LOA through webform, but they did not get and now IRCC requested me to submit my updated LOA, but I submitted through webform instead of GCKEY. Did it create any problem?
