Émile Sauret (b. 22nd May 1852 - 1920) Celebrating the 19th century violin virtuoso Émile Sauret’s 170th birth anniversary today 🎻 The making of a first recording carries with it a heavy responsibility. When it comprises the works of a violin phenomenon of such calibre as Émile Sauret, coupled with a general lack of knowledge of his music, this adds further weight. Composed during Sauret’s prof...

the relaxed nature of the underlying pulse is a bit like Ravel's barque sur l'ocean from miroirs - a boat on the ocean swaying slowly with the waves yes you have many fans who appreciate your exploration of neglected music, we are paying attention beautiful violin girl
Interesting music, almost orchestral.
I just wanted to say two words, wonderful and excellent❤👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Adoraria assistir pessoalmente a esta bela apresentação 👏👏👏
Excellent!!! Applause for both of you!!!
Thank you. You play double like with a cello bow and I like that. Piano version is nice, and played beautifully.
rare virtuoso material with flowing legato id say this would be a curious choice for an encore you have done it again and I suspect there are many repertoire junkies like me filled with gratitude for your many gifts - we certainly understand and appreciate what you have been doing and continue to do no matter how quirky to boldly go where no violin has gone before - how many times can you listen to the same thing over and over ? but to present something new and fresh to a recital is a bit of a challenge - yes there are some of us out there still paying attention beautiful violin girl Nazrin and Naxos - perfectly paired to span the globe for the unrecorded, neglected and forgotten
Super tolles Stück. Irgendwo habe ich Noten davon. Aber die Bearbeitung stammt nicht von Heifetz.
Herrlich schönes Romantisches Stück .. Bravo Nazrin !!

Beautiful ❤🎻
رائع رائع❤
Brava!
beautiful and respectworthy, harmonious the hearted composition
Спасибо большое за прекрасное исполнение
Эмоции не передать словами 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌷
Parabéns! Ótima apresentação! Abraços do Brazil
This is really well done. But I don't know if this would sound that good with piano mainly for the reason that the staccato demisemis always come significantly too late after the crotchet. If it was once or twice it would be ok but not every time. So with piano this could be tricky and it would not have a good flow.
Absolutely incredible
sauret just wanted to cause more pain than paganini
Amazing job, ive been learning bruch violin concerto and this makes it look like im playing the abcs, and the amount of upbow staccato is insane and how u can make it so clear.
the stacatto is insane
Top class violinist!
Fantastic violinist, brava!!
i've always been a fan of unplayed, little known virtuoso fiddle music, so for a violin nerd like me, these recordings of Sauret's music is a godsend. really world-class playing! but it occurs to me, why are these op. 64, and his other etude collections virtually unknown, while everybody knows Paganini, Wieniawski, Ernst? i think part of it is that they're just too long. they just go on and on and on. there's hardly any that could be used as an encore after a concerto. and to be honest, i don't think the musical content is good enough to support the length. that's why there are so few three hour movies. the content has to be extraordinary to sustain something that long, if these were just half the length or less, they'd be more accessible, both for listening, and for students to tackle.
Great playing
WOW!! Incredible!!
Fantastic! A thousand times, bravo!!! This is what it means a great violinist!
😮 downbow flying Staccato Respectfully 🫡 That was a treat. I’ll check that caprice out
Bravíssima!!! Belíssima!!!❤❤❤
Brava!!
Mamma mia 🙏👌🎩👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️
Flawless! I'd like to see video with your comments on this etude regarding the technique difficulties, your personal challenges and tips for those who'd like to learn it!
Spectacular!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Brava!!!!! As a violist I’m terrified of all these notes!
The acoustic is so nice makes the sound official-like
