Mahogany & Chrome Show is the one Heartland Classics event where official judging is offered. The ACBS criteria for judging are used which are based on comparing the existing boat to the way it would have originally left the showroom as a new boat. A point system is used to determine groups of winners: 93-100 is Platinum, 86-92 is Gold, and 80-85 is Silver.
Fourteen participants chose to have their boat judged - which is an educational process for both boat owners and judges.
Thirty-five boats attended this event for the enjoyment of boating with friends and visiting with the public about boats.
