I was so engrossed on my own sadness, not knowing I'm doing nothing but just being focused and being sad everyday. I'm too engrossed that I didn't see the beauty of all things. That I'm too engrossed that I thought there's no happiness anymore.

I do a similar journaling technique where I jot down my thoughts on my phone while I’m out and about so I can write them down later :) Also, I relate to the paradox of choice, unfortunately it seems to be especially prevalent in our consumerist world.. (btw u r psycho running in 33°C) ❤
