hey girl - it might sound weird but if you don't want to bring two pairs of shoes to the gym, just take your shoes off when you lift. Make sure you're wearing sturdy socks though lol. Its pretty common in my gym.

Watched this whole video and i love everything you talked about. especially the It girl stuff ...like...I think at this point, all that "it" means is an aesthetic -- which, as you said, takes money. it's all about looking a certain way which isn't even real life. girls be looking "aesthetic" but have the worst personalities and nothing going for them except posing in the mirror lol I love how you want to do you and you absolutely should! being yourself always goes way further than any trend
