No way I could do all that before work.
it didnt happen overnight so dont be discouraged. you got this. i started off waking up at 5:30. realized that wasnt enough time. started going to the gym first, yet wasnt pushing myself (needed something in my tummy for energy). switched out breakfast foods that triggered different BMs or made me gassy during the gym, looking at you protein shakes. and eventually i came up with this.
