Yes definitely. I bought a home but when it was time for me to move in, the previous tenants had damaged the bathroom as well as the toilet. Fortunately, the real estate covered the cost of the toilet before I had moved in. It had clearly never been used, it was literally brand new. But I got really sick and the first time I ever used that toilet, I just completely dropped my guts into it, it looked like a cesspool of my dookie, corn and blood all mixed into one rancid omelette.

Girls I have a question my boyfriend has a 4 year contract with the Army but he won’t continue after that. My question is how many deployments do you think he will have? He will leave to Korea for 9 months and I am scared that he is going to have another one after that.

I started date a military guy and we are already so inlove, I love him with all my heart and I know he does too, he textme and call me every day but not for many hours, I am ok with that. His base is at 3 hours from my house so see each other every weekend. Right now he is in a training for 6 weeks in california without any communication and that is killing me. I have 3 kids from my previous marriage (by the way I am older that him) and even been with my kids and doing all my job at home is so hard, I am constantly crying missing him so much. When he comes back, he will stay for 4 months and then leave for 9 months to Korea. I don’t know How I will handle that if this one is already killing me and make me depressed. At this point I can’t see my self without him and neither him without me, we have talk about getting married but we want to wait until his contract ends in 3 years 😢

Woof, I feel this. Been grieving the little things I’m giving up for my health and sanity. Like I’ll probably never go to bed at 6 am again. I’ve stopped drinking more than a couple at a time. I gave up the recreational drugs, and going to festivals. I’m never camping on the forest floor again. These are all good things that make a healthier me…but I grieve the 22-year-old body that could still handle all that. My partner and I are going to hold some ‘little funerals’. Light a fire and say a few words. Burn some incense. One of my mental health care team members said cultivating a strong grieving practice is an essential part of making way for new things. Let’s try our best ✨✨✨

I learned at a young age that I had ligament laxity (mostly in my knees). I was able to compensate for it by strengthening my quads and bending my knees when landing on my feet. I’m surprised MEPS didn’t pick that up since it is visible when standing, especially during your second try in the Marines, given that they would have known why you were discharged the first time. I considered going Reserve Air Force Flight RN but didn’t want to commit 8 years. Perhaps you could do a video on what jobs are readily available for female Officers in the Marine Corps? It appears that many enlist or Commission into a particular branch without really considering what Branch would be the best fit. Regardless of your “failures” and meeting your intended goal, the community has enabled you to meet your other goals of finding a spouse and employment.

Real!! I had a long distance relationship about a year ago from now that also was super rocky and had me at my lowest point. I now have a boyfriend of 4 months who’s the sweetest guy. Firstly, misleading title Also This sounds super crazy and I'd watch out for that, way more than procrastination Do things because they feel good to do them. Love yourself unconditionally as you are. My partner procrastinates, he also currently is not healthy at all, and overdoes himself working too many hours, we currently rarely talk. This gives me time to do my own thing which is fine, however I'd rather talk to him all day and be attached to him physically if possible 😌 He doesnt get stuff done, putting things off til it is just ridiculous... But he is still my dream man as he is, regardless. Me looking at him, aware of his existence is literally 😍😍😍😍. For no other reason other then he IS. So for me that is a weird concept to force yourself to try and embody. I can do literally nothing at all, all day long, and still be my own "dream girl". Because i'm amazing, just in my very beingness. You dont have to force things to happen, to be loved or worth loving, completely and unconditionally I do understand having goals etc and wanting to develop consistency, but as someone who used to workout like a maniac and be super strict with diet, among other things... it can really diminish joy and having some days off, is often needed And since you wont do it willingly, your subconscious mind is having you procrastinate and even maybe get a cold etc, to make you slow down, relax, BE. Maybe pick a day to bask in nothingness, all cosy and snuggly 🤷‍♀️

It will take time! The issue with us perfectionists (me too!) is that we don't let ourselves to create new plans if things don't go our way! So I get you! Hopefully you'll be able to tackle this hurdle soon!
