For gmod horror realism and just walking, and running around. Try Real VHS Camera its scary and looks like an actual VHS horror video camera makes everything look dark. And for a flashlight use the [VMAnip] Flashlight to hold the camera even while holding the flashlight :)

This is 100x better than I thought it would be.

I like this realism, the character is an agent, unknown who sent him there however his only purpose is to investigate whats in there, the sole aloneless makes him anxious,checking every corner. I like making gmod realisms for myself to play in, if i could record them it would probably be similar like this.Also,i see that you made some cuts in the video, possibly moving to another part of the map and putting ragdolls/creating blood there,also the scene where we see the axe enemy.There is a mod that is basically a trigger mod, allows you to make triggers and the triggers purpose, ive havent used it yet myself but it looks convincing, i dont have the link on me currently but maybe you can try finding it,im sure it will be a lot helpful in your realism videos. For example these triggers can make it so you can activate AI movement for themselves to attack you without showing it on chat.
