Hi, great video. At the 3:50 mark, you used the Boolean subtract feature. I did the exact same processes as you to up to that point and I keep getting a Failure “operation would result in non manifold body”. Any solution to this?

Is there any sound or it's just me?

How'd you get the model into star ccm+? I'm trying to get something over from solidworks and thought I had to make the cavity before hand.

When I do the refinment part with the block and the volumetric control the mesh changes all and not just on the block space, do you know why?

What is the purpose of the block? And what effect does changing the size in the volumetric control have?
