That's correct! But the piece is played in Spirited Away, which is a Miyazaki film. I guess a better title would be "Miyazaki vibes" 😌
The Db is just a Dbm11b9b13 - no need to say sus you have a #9 in there. Can also be a Dmaj7#11/C# kinda thing
I agree! The app I use automatically names the chords - I'd call the Db chord really a C# quartal if it were up to me!

quick note: "misty" isnt supposed to be an adjective here, the chords came from one of the jazz standards -- "misty"
