Ya Roddy, it is the copper coil. If I recall, it took about 11ft of tubing to equal 2 oz of water storage. It all fit wrapped around the boiler. Plumbed in with a couple of compression fittings. Makes it so you can actually pull more than than 1oz of water through the machine before the shot starts to blond.
Tasted great. Nice thick texture that I have only been able to get consistently since modding the machine. I am now experimenting with a little lower of a dose, to keep the richness, but end up with more balanced shot.
