Hi can any of this be automated to save time?
If you are proficient in programming you can write a script that will do much of the work.
When i clicked silhouette on image trace for a picture with white colour (not as white as the background, the picture was luffy gear 5th), the silhouette only gets a portion of the picture(it only captures the shadows in the picture) How do i make it so it captures the whole thing?
I'm curious about this too. I have an image with a lot of light/off-white shades and the silhouette function is not capturing the entire image. It is only silhouetting the darker areas. How do I fix this?
The trace area may be expanded to include subtle colors by selecting the "Photo" option under image trace. This method will use more processing power and may not yield perfect results.

Any settings you could provide? I always find that I end up with big random deep cuts in the acrylic when I try to do images like these...
Every material and laser is different. Best is to do several tests until you get it dialed in.

where did you get the double sided mirror?
The acrylic is single sided with a solid colored backside. This allows you to engrave from the rear so the image is visible from the front. Any place that sells standard 1/8" mirror acrylic would carry this.

The paper does not stain the wood. It is standard low tack masking tape used for vinyl transfer.
What kind of masking tape is that? And do you apply it so you don’t get the black residue after engraving?
It is generic vinyl masking tape from Amazon, low tack type.

These vector images can be found just about any place online and can be traced by any design software such as illustrator or inkscape.

Can i know the measurement of the stickers?
Of course! This sticker was designed to be slightly smaller than the TicTac cover at around 38mm wide and 96mm long. I would recommend measuring the boxes you plan to use, sizes may vary.

It was a technical overload. The flat bed that can print a high res. 4’x8’ in 1 minute was insane. Another impressive machine was the one that printed tactile graphics, braille and graphics in one go blew me away.Thanks for printing the overview.
Oops, this was a different show, I was at the ISA show in Vegas. Much the same equipment no doubt.

It is a standard 100 watt CO2 laser imported from China and assembled in the states.
May I ask what kind of wood do you use?
3mm birchwood
3mm or 1/8" Baltic Birch
Did you have any issues of it not reading the barcode or reading the marks. Having issues with a new cutter and customer service blows .. they want to blame everyone else for the issue and then just stop emailing back
We have not had any issues reading marks. It may be due to a dirty sensor or poor contrast between the printed marks and material.
in one of the settings you can make the registration marks black . it was a game changer for me. if your using adobe illustrator its in the settings when you set registration marks on your design file. I believe the option is "print mask around registration marks"

The laser machine is a generic CO2 laser, the wood Baltic Birch, and the paper is plain masking tape.

I`m looking for a laser machine to cut 3mm acrylic shapes in all fluorescent colors and your machine looks good to do that. Can you tell me the brand and model?
Hey! This machine has no particular brand. It is a combination of Chinese parts ordered and assembled by us back in 2019. The only feature that makes it stand it out is the 120 Watt laser tube.

What tape are you using? Just masking tape or something else?
We use a light tack transfer tape. It comes off easy and come in wider rolls for larger projects.
@@mostlystickers I just lightly sand my pieces with 220 grit sandpaper & get similar results.
