Hey it's been more then 2 years upload the 4 and final part already!!!
hello! could you please upload the entire thing or email a copy of the tape to me if you ever have some free time? I've slowly been working on trying to archive Quorthons interviews throughout his years and to me, and i'm sure others, this is a massive massive find. i'd be eternally grateful and i'm sure many others would love to hear more from you and Quorthon. Thank you so much not only for taking the time to do this with him then, but for uploading these clips. they're so great to hear

@@jebbus8387 hey hey, just for transparency, i reached out via instagram to see about getting the entire thing. they mentioned not having the resources/equipment to get it online. i asked if there were any copies that i could maybe get my hands on but silence. i didn't want to be too pushy despite desperately wanting to hear the entire thing, as well as any other tapes with him. i'm sorry i don't have a better answer. i had some uploads on 'bathory archive' here on youtube, none of her interviews with him are featured there though and uploads have ceased for the time being as i've kind of hit a wall. i've sent some messages out to a few people who might have some audio interviews with him but i'm sorry to say it's been silent so far. Hopefully they can get it online and it isn't lost, that's the big fear for me. interviews with him are already scarce and it's disheartening because he would do a lot on promo tours for albums but so many are just gone. if they taped them, a large majority i imagine were transcribed for magazines or something. if i ever get any messages back, or find any new audio interviews with him, i'll definitely upload them there (the 'bathory archive' yt channel) but i don't know that that will happen anytime soon unfortunately. the best i can do for this interview, is link to the text version on her website which is here, sheol-magazine.com/index2.htm , sorry for the wall of text!

Thank you for this, I wish RUclips recommended it sooner. It's one thing to read his interviews, but to hear him speak is quite something else. A Bathory fan since the '90s.

The sound quality kinda shocked me in a way, listening to these cracks makes me feel like I'm living in the future. I didn't even notice how the sound quality on phone talks has improved over the years.
Honourable to the end. The combination of common sense and a higher awareness was great in his musical character. Sweden brought us the two last stands for European popular culture in the world - Abba and Bathory. Abba conquered America (and the world...) but fell prey of all the Steins and Abes. Herr Forsberg didn't. Hélas, Sweden is now Det nya landet...
Interesting fact: Quorthon and Benny are/were from the same suburban district in Sweden: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vällingby#Notable_natives

Hmm. You used to be the webmaster of Twilight - the tribute page, correct? You shared this interview with me when I was a teenager, knee deep in Bathory worship and listening to this meant a very great deal to me back then. You don't have to confirm anything, but my sincerest thanks if this comment has a familiar ring to it :)
Hi. No, I didn't have a tribute page. The interview was and is on sheol-magazine.com and I offered to send the interview to real fans, maybe I have sent you the tapes some years ago. The written version is as well in the "Lucifer Rising" printmag in portugese language.
