This is the fighter a main character would fly
The video that included those clips were about the F-15, which later dominated the Foxbat. The wings of the fox at weren’t for agility. They were made to get that monster of a fighter which is around 2x heavier than the F-15
The mig 25 was nothing more than a very heavy interceptor made of steel (and not titanium as was believed) built around two engines recycled from an old cruise missile and equipped with two huge wings not to make it agile but to keep it in the air because of how heavy it was (not to mention its far from revolutionary avionics), his aim was to terrorise the West and in this he was successful until 1976

Absolutely! The MiG-25 was a true symbol of Soviet technological prowess during the Cold War.
@@Finalejet Ehh kind of they overstated the shit out it's capabilities so the US made the f15 in response putting the US far ahead of the USSR.
@@FinalejetMiG-25 was cheaper version of MiG-31. At the beginning it seemed like it had a powerful radar however it quickly got leaked out that it had often malfunctions and the western radars had better statistics in means of detection. I know both planes were meant for interception however every jet should be ready for fight.

This argument completely ignores the fact that on quite a few occasions during the gulf war MiG-25s went head to head with US aircraft and either won or atleast werent shot down. F/A-18C Shot down, quite a few incidents of standoffs between mig 25s and f15s where neither were shot down, even one where a US F-15C was severely damaged
