Wow... What a great explanation. Can you make a video explaining how to let go? And how to act during the day (what routine to follow) during manifesting also sometimes during the day there arises doubts & confusion & the more we control the more it increases. What needs to be done in that case?

i am going through the worst phase of my life right now. i have certainly hit rock bottom. it feels like i still got to down though. it's so hard for me right now. i don't eat properly, i either don't sleep at all or just sleep all day, i don't talk to anyone because i don't feel like talking but it feels like i am so isolated and lonely, i don't do anything productive, I've just been crying A LOT since the april month of this year. i lost my best friend and everything has been falling down from there. im trying to manifest him back now. and yeah, getting failure first and then success - exactly what i saw last week. and the second one you said, yes, i have a lot of problems now - even my health is ruined. im trying to let go of the thoughts about him now. but i can't. im sure that once i let go, he's definitely coming back to me. but i can't let go. i just get reminded of him, the memories with him over and over again. but something strongly makes me believe that he's definitely coming back to me. people around me see me like a fool when i talk like this and say that he's coming back though. but im sure that i am letting go of him soon and that he is coming soon. and this time, we'll be happier, more understanding, and we will never fight. our friendship would get stronger! im sure the universe knows what i want. i will let go of him somehow and get him back!

I always wanted job in this location from the past 6 years but it didn't work out, surprisingly I met a person from the same location and now I am in a long distance relationship with that person. it's been more than a year since we met and no matter how hard we try meeting each other is not happening, now because of this my family wants to break up with me because we are not progressing in anyway. I feel so lost and I don't know what to do. My dreams are not coming true. Feels like everything is falling apart.

Omg!! Here's one for you lol. Random people have been congratulating me! I feel crazy peaceful all of a sudden and I just know it's coming. I still have moments but I'm able to come back to a solid state fast!

I like this idea! My father is 86 and he spends so much time fondly reminiscing. It is the little things that he seems most pleased by although he has accomplished some very big things as well!!! True true true we need to enjoy our journeys more. 80 year old people know this!!!! Good video ❤

I really wish I realized the lesson of this video many years ago. Darkness isn't there to mess you up, rather, you need to go towards it, stop being afraid of it, and face it head-on to level up. The more obstacles you handle, the stronger you will become. People richer than you don't have fewer obstacles, they have more experience dealing with them and have stepped out of their comfort zones more.
