I used a donor car. But you can find them on eBay. The good thing is the v6 cars that are standard should be the same as v8 and Camaro and firebird will interchange as well.

My 86 Iroc is a 3.42 rearend/drum brake setup from factory. Upgraded to 3.73 trutrac posi.
That is the best street gear and one day I’ll upgrade it to that

Yeah may burn you even if it’s not sticking that bad. But touching the wheel is an effective way. I’m just showing different ways if the car is cooled down and burn yourself free

I have an 02 Tacoma V6 double cab.trd. Insurance is totallying over cosmetic damage and pretty minor at that. But it has over 400000 miles. So that's the main contributor even though it runs and drives perfect.
I’ve had several vehicles that should’ve been clean title cars and trucks that insurance has totaled for either the year of the vehicle. Most were cosmetic and easy repairs, but due to labor cost to do the work vs book value they were totaled. As you can tell salvage title still doesn’t discourage me, but it does a lot of people.

I had a 5.7 aluminum ls1 that's done,with cam for $1500.Believe me,they are not cheap engines to rebuild. Also have a 6.0 all stock
I have a 6.0 aluminum ls and a cast 6.0 lq9 I just picked up. Supposed to be good but I’m still going through them. You’re right they aren’t cheap, everyone watches the “cheap” ls swaps and think they can do them for $300 bucks lol.

You removed the engine for such and easy job in car. And if your lifter is stuck like that then you need a machine shop or new block sorry

No dude!!!!! That's an additive to make the paint stick to glass and fiberglass and what not you jughead. Cut your bangs and add it to your sprayer paint. It will dry like the smooth ass of your swamp cow girlfriend.

You have effectively described to people how to disable a very important safety feature on their car, the shift interlock. It is not the "key in switch" indicator you are disabling. It is indeed the shift interlock. How many times have you accidentally tried to take your key out without putting the car in park? The key will not turn all the way back and release until you shift into park. Next time you take it on a test drive for mommy, test the key to see if it will release and remove with car still in drive. It will. Mommy will get out of the car and take the key, without the car in park, and it will subsequently roll down a hill over a sandbox full of kids. Some other mommies will be burying their kids. You admit that you did not even enquire at the dealer about the cost of the part. How would you know if it takes 8 months to get the part?
This was not under warranty at the time. There’s been no incidents what so ever. Maybe don’t take life so serious and stop looking at things so negative, life is great if you let it be.
