Thanks, beautifully illustrative narration. Very highly informative video.❤
If the presidium tip is moved slowly all over the stone, will the needle bounce if it hits an area that was filled/heat treatment enhanced? I recently tried this and saw no evidence of filled areas but I’m not sure if that would work. Maybe it would only work with a large flaw?
Big blue green ones for sale
I think the deep blue sapphires are kinda ugly compared to other lighter blues…
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience hopefully I get enough wisdom to check my ruby is fake or real
Wow 👌 ❤🎉❤❤
I like gems, but don't enjoy the metaphysical nonsense that some people believe is associated with gems. If your channel goes into that nonsense, I will unsubscribe.
Hello, good morning friend. You know. I would like a little of your help. I have two certified rubies, you know, I collect them. But I'm thinking of selling this pair for something personal. Medical. But I have no idea how to sell them and I would like you to help me. Give me an estimate. So I can sell it. Last year i bought myself a beaded opal necklace made from blue and purple common Ethiopian opal. Now i would think twice about buying from jewelers after watching videos like you make
Good video. Thanks for the useful information. More people are buying stones than before i feel for multiple different reasons and the business seems to be booming even to me as an outsider. Lately i got back into collecting but here in western eu there is almost nothing, the jade is fake, the Sapphire is mostly diffused and still very expensive. I only buy stones for myself when there is a convention near me. I want to go to a country where the stones are mined in the future for the obvious lucratieve reasons. Keep making videos, Good luck! 💎
@@JanWillemdeGeest thank you very much for sharing your experience.🙌💎
Royal blue sapphires are not desirable, or of high value period. Trying to say that they are preferred in sunny countries is just a bad sales pitch. That is why people want to buy the lighter cornflower blue sapphires from Sri Lanka, and darker Australian blue sapphires are hard to sell.
@@jameswelch1054 The dialogue is based on our personal experience. I'm sourcing stones for a custom client order, and I have no intention of selling Royal Blue. However, it's the only sapphire color that is well-promoted and widely known. That's why I always make sure to clarify with the client how they understand this color and whether they actually want it. Then, I ask my guest about their experience with this color.

Gemstone PSA: Using the words “Genuine/Real” and “Lab” to refer to naturals and synthetics is both incorrect and misleading. It implies synthetics are imitations, which is incorrect.
Synthetic/ lab grown and imitations have different meanings. Anyway, both of them are not a natural/genuine/real
I have one tourmaline stone..can you give an opinion?

Hello. Good morning. Can I ask you something important about alexandrites. Can you tell me which one is worth more? One that is saturated in color or one that is cleaner and has no color saturation because I just bought several alexandrites and the smaller ones have a normal saturation and look good, but the largest one, which is 36.70 carats, is big in a percentage of 100 to 1. It has a satisfaction of about 45. The normal ones are a 50, while I see in others that they range from 75-80 to 90% more. At 100% it will be very dark.
@@sergioortega5869 Hello We are talking about faceted Alexandrites or rough material. Coz 36.7 carats is quite unusual weight for this gemstones. Anyway, Alexandrine os mainly about color reversal (color change), not about color saturation. Could you clarify this moment?
@@TrueGemsWorld I know that a 36.70 carat faceted stone is unusual. When I saw it, I bought it without hesitation, since it is from Russia and that is the most impressive thing about it. The smallest one is no less than 8 carats. And oversaturation is in the color. The colors can be lighter or darker, since these are clean with some soft inclusions that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
I am not particularly keen on listening to such a long sermon on ethically sourced gems. It takes away much of the enjoyment of buying jewelry. I believe as a seller it is up to you to carefully choose your sources, but I do not want to listen to the whole spiel

Hello good evening or good morning, look I don't know how you take it, but I just did. A few weeks ago I acquired some alexandrites, one of them the largest is 36 carats a little more and the others are the smaller ones of 16 carats from the rural areas of Russia but these I think were from a country near Russia like Kazakhstan since they border the rural areas of Russia that is how I was able to acquire this 36 carat alexandrite it is a beauty the truth is it is a beautiful alexandrite but well I feel excited because I am waiting for it to arrive, I won't tell you that I bought it not long ago I don't know when tomorrow I will get to sell it as in how much I could sell it already certified
