Through my content, I want to help bridge the gap between newer DJs that are just getting their start and are looking for direction and veteran DJs that have a wealth of experience and want to pass it on to the new generation of DJs. Hi I have a question I have a DDJ Rev 7 and for some reason the music coming out of it sounds muffle . Like a trumpet player making noise with the cup at the end of the horn . I feel like maybe I hit a button by mistake. Do you happen to know what it is . I already changed my labtop amplifier and my equalizer so I know is the ddj .

Not sure if i like bro. The scratching is good an all, but youre zoned out and full on serato face. The two juxtapose each other and it feels weird.
Appreciate the comment! But huh? 😂 Zoned out and “Serato face” are like polar opposites! Sounds like big stroke energy 🫀 Maybe I caught a few strays from a quick Serato face drive-by, but I think I was actually just looking at my live monitor while I was recording. Anywho the purpose of this video really isn’t performance at all. It’s messaging about using Generative AI for creative video editing for DJs. It wasn’t performance stuff more like found somefootage and taught myself how to edit with an expanded scene. 🎬 So if it’s not your vibe, that’s cool-I wasn’t totally sure either 😂 Real talk though: do people really still say “Serato face”? Haven’t heard someone say that in a looong time but I also don’t read YT comments very often either. Such a throwback bro, it reminds me of the old Scratch Live forums! Those were the days!

I have used everything as a DJ as long as I have sources of audio I can use any media preference is turntables but controllers or cdj are all good

Sold my 3 week old rev7 for 1.2k waiting for them to surprise me later. Hopefully, a mirrored layout, 4 channel Rane one with A9,s9 or s11 mixer & motorised platters! please don't use those horrendous rev7 platters it has to be real vinyl!

Dope is dope, it's about being creative on whatever you are working with. I'm oldschool(53), when I was 13 I made pause tape mixes, first tables had a dial pitch, never owned 12's before I started working in clubs. From 94-2010 I used everything new that these clubs had. I haven't touched anything for almost 15 years until 6 months ago, I bought a ddj rev 1. Bout to go all in already. This technology is amazing. My problem is all the videos of everybody doing the same ol' sh#!. Not alot of creativity. DMC and redbull or whatever is pretty lame. Even Craze's videos are hard to watch.
