I think you could find all sorts of boat fuel tanks. All pretty much the same. Larger ones have wheels on them for when you put 200lbs of fuel in them.

Probably depends on the carburetor. If Google can't fix it, just pick a one and shove the hose on and see how it goes.

I did a similar set up with a Honda EU2001 with the 1 gallon tank. I bought a cap especially made for it with built in hose barb. I hooked up a fuel line with squeeze bulb for a Johnson OB motor and connected it to a 6 gallon boat tank that had the connection for a hose line. Ran it all day several times powering laptops, printer and a shop fan at softball tournaments. We were selling game photos. That was back in 2007 or thereabouts. It worked perfect.

What year was your truck? Ours was a 2020, there is two fuel filter and they were over $100 a piece. However, this was five years ago and I would imagine it is much cheaper now. It also was most likely my fault for not finding the best deals on parts. I have a 2010 Chevy Duramax as well, I can do that oil change including the external trans filter for about $100.

Yes, we have a champion invertor that we throw in the back of the truck.

Really well, I am not exactly sure how many miles I put on them but it is around 30 thousand miles this last year. I am horrible about rotating them, but I watch the tread to ensure I don't murder them.

I have found that venting can really mess up camping trips.

@@PowerstrokeSynd It has worked super well, its a little warm when the fan turns on but it is way better than overheating.

@bandbworkx That's good. I bought a fan override switch that I'm installing with the Wild Boar relocation kit I'm currently doing. I'm hoping that addition helps as well.

The new trucks sit so high, on most of my trailers I have to set the ball all the way down to get the trailer level.

I get excited sometimes.

It is one nut, then use a mallet to hit the bolt back. The bolt should pull out after that, if it doesn't a screw driver should fit to push the bolt out further.

That does look rad, I was hoping to find a washable filter without buying a whole kit. Oh well though.

The tool I was using was big enough to cover the whole bearing. Good idea about using an old bearing.

There is a bunch of trails west side of the park that do not have water. That is where we take the kids to ride the four wheeler.

I guess I will be on the kiddy trails LOL mine is a RMAX 1000 xtr its set up for steep trails and rocks and with a permanent steal skid plate it would not be easy to clean out packed in mud thanks for the info@@bandbworkx

@@JeffreyJohnston724 We usually end up there for our night rides, after dealing with water all day its fun to not have to. You will have plenty of fun out there. They have some rad sand sections that lead into the woods and trees you could climb up as well.

I will say, if they tow every day they shouldn't have problems. But most people don't, so their exhaust temps are low, which will ruin their truck. Dan runs nothing but diesel trucks. But they tow every day, so no problems. But I don't, so gas for me.

It performs so much better in the mud now.

It is a super rad tool.
