**스핀 도입 시 바닥 보지 말고 정면 멀리 봐야 축이 선다.
스케이팅 할 때는 항상 고개를 들고 멀리 봐야 한다.
그래야 축이 선다.
고개를 들어 멀리 보고 타면 나는 것처럼 기분이 좋다.
기분이 그냥저냥이면,
내 고개가 기울어 있지는 않은지 체크해 보자.
축을 잡고 눌러 앉아야 한다.
발 내릴 때 멀지 않게 무게 중심 바로 아래에 내리기.
처음부터 발을 기울여 꺾어 원을 작게 만들자.
뒷발 밀기.
왼팔 정면 확인하며 일어나기.
발 먼저 내리지 않기.
도입 시 허벅지 사이 뜨지 않도록 하기.
고개 뒷 편 보기.

어렸을 때 배워야 빨리 배우는 이유 중 하나는..

기억할 게 너무 많아서..
항상 잊어버린다...
뭐 어때..
재밌게 탔으면 그걸로 됐지. ^^

매년 몇 번씩 받는 상이지만 이 자리는 아직 어색한가보다. ^^ 하긴... 보는 나도 어색어색... 올해는 꼬물이들이 많이 올라와서... 분위기가 아직 익숙치 않다. 예전엔... 준환이가 막 올라온 꼬물이였는데.. 이젠.. 제일 큰 형아. ^^

No me gusto es corrupción de menores ¿por qué tienen que hacer de un deporte lindo algo que induce a lo sexual????? Bailan y actúan tan hermoso pero su entrenador ahora si le falló la inocencia de un niño no debe verse ensuciado porque despierta la lascivia de los menores y por eso tanto jovencitos que ya sostienen relaciones sexuales siendo aun unos niños.

I discovered videos of this couple a few years ago during the dark days of the pandemic lockdowns. What a delight! They mesmerise me as only Torvill and Dean have done in the past. And for for the same reasons. Such wonderful interpretation of the music, such storytelling, such attention to detail, such synchronicity in their movements, such enjoyment in their love of dancing. I don’t care that they didn’t win this competition series, I don’t care if other couples were technically more advanced. The artistry of this couple was spellbinding. This is the couple whose dances I can watch over and over again, and it’s this couple that I want to watch to see what they’ll do next with other music … I could see that Evalina would soon be too tall for Ilya (perfectly matched here but she’s 2+ years younger than him) so I’m not surprised that they’re no longer dancing together. It’s a shame. One can only hope that their unmatched growth spurts might have evened out when they’re older and that they get future chances to create the sort of magic that they did at this age. If not, we have this beautiful record of what they did create. Thanks Ilya and Evalina.
I read she got injured with her new partner and retired. 😭
@@pamsatira1753 The most credible comment I read on a web source was that after Ilya was partnered with a younger smaller girl, Evelina simply did not find another partner.I have also seen a claim that she continued to train and study acting and dancing.
@@robertmunningI really hope that's the case because that would be so much better than her having to retire due to severe injuries as young as she is.

Evelina grew a bit faster , even she is 2 years+ younger than Ilya. She was taller than ilya in around end of 2019. They split but regretfully Evelina got serious injuries with her new partner. Then I no longer find any news about her. ilya could be seen in 2020/2021 competition with new partner. However, I don't feel the same level of chemistry. Sad to tell.😢
@@morinalai6814 Oh my that's so sad. If only they didn't have to change partners but the male partner has to be taller in this sports. I read somewhere that sometimes if due to serious injuries a skater will have to retire earlier than expected. I hope one day she will still be able to skate even if not professionally and they still communicate with each other. They really had great chemistry.

The story I have read on the web is that Evelina was growing a little too fast compared to Ilya so Ilya was paired with a younger smaller girl and Evelina did not find another partner.

They were active before the pandemic. They are no long in a partnership apparently. These are from a Russian TV show of five years ago.
