This is ridiculous. She spends the first 2.35 waffling and complaining that people who do this sort of video avoid the specifics. Then gradually the actual story starts, but she still carefully avoids the specifics of what appears to have been a single fairly mild incident.

Your videos are a beautuful story about reclaiming personal power and not living as a victim. It begs the ironic question, is this strength and determination a gift from your father? After years of hating my father, it slowly dawned on me that my greatest strengths came from him. That realization didn't come easy, but led to much forgiveness. He's been dead 30 years, my forgiveness didn't help him any! But it sure has helped me. Much respect to you!

Speak your truth. My only suggestion is please have a system, in the form of a group, therapist.

I am super sorry you had to go through that. You seem like a very resilient person. I don't understand how people can hurt others so much, blood related or otherwise. You are inspirational and seem like you have a really bright positive life you've transformed from your pain, good job!! =]

Thank you so much for being so brave and opening a door for healing that others can identify with and follow or even experience in sunlight! Shame buries most of us in secrets. I've spent most of my adult life trying to escape the gravity of similar experiences. There really isn't any self-help guru style "rising above it" that works permanently. I've tried them all! In the end the only way to it is through it. Your willingness to do this, or do whatever it takes is truly inspirational!
