Can I change from English to Japanese?

When starting the game, I get the message saying the game can't connect to the servers, the one you said to ignore at 1:50. But when you hit OK, the game continues, and when I hit it, the message reappears. I did get the "Successfully logged into RPCN" message, though. I don't know what's causing it to fail, could you help out?

Hello, I am looking at the CPU document listed in the description and my cpu is not on there. Its an i7 9700K. One generation after the i7 8700K that is listed as a C tier. Edit; I havent overclocked it even though its unlocked. Would my cpu be considered C tier or B tier? Is it enough to run this game comfortably? Secondly will it be possible to start a new game on this version or do i have to use the provided save file? I kinda want a blank slate to work on lol. I mainly just want to play singleplayer

I wish I knew people were still playing this. I haven't played an AC game online (aside from the garbage that is AC6) in 16 years. It was always my opinion that tanks were broken in this game, though I don't think the imbalance stemmed from tanks essentially, but rather consequently of other issues. I wonder if Infinito is MMJS10. MMJS10 was a high ranking tank from the JP side back in the hayday (16 years ago). The tanks have too much energy or have too high turning (depending on how you look at it), so they can afford to backpedal without consequence. If I could rebalance AC4, among other changes, I would reduce LW leg drain considerably as compared to tanks and heavies (basically reverse the trend as it stands), and decrease LW load carrying cap, considerably. This would make tanks run out of EN more constantly, so they would have to stand and fight. Given how high their AP and defense advantage is, this would even things out. The tank pilot would have to know how to move. Tanks turning speed is already sufficient to keep up with LWs if one knows how to move. I might also tune the gens a little bit. IMHO, that change alone would reduce some of the imbalanced MUs.

I have imported the Japanese version of ACVD, but it crashes at the end of the stage. I think it is probably because I quit during the installation of the main unit, but the installation of the main unit never seems to finish. Please let me know if there is a workaround.
