The very thick chrome molding on the door top belt line was NOT on the Eldorado, it was just on the DeVilles. You would think the Eldorado would have had it instead as they were traditionally the models with more bling. If I was to buy a '66 Eldo convertible I would have t0 add the DeVille chrome to it!

First time I see this Caddy, it reminds me of the BRONX TALE movie

Gorgeous car. My grandfather had one. I loved that car. It was Caribbean aqua, with matching leather interior and a black vinyl top. It had bucket seats with head rests and a console. Also had a heated drivers seat. That was the first year for heated seats. His best friend owned the Cadillac Dealership in our town. All his cars were special orders with all the options. That was nice time in my life. Wish I could go back.
