How do you get this tone
I researched what amps they used to record the album and then found a Kemper profile that was close to it and just tweaked it to suit me.

That was really good, bro, and on a 7-string guitar...👏🤘 I think the top string is tuned to either G or A...🤔 but the bottom of the top string is definitely E because that's the original tone.😉

What tuning do you like to use?
I had that same guitar about 10 years ago when I was a touring musician. I loved using 13 gauge strings for my top 3 strings and I would use 11 gauge for my bottom 3 strings. It gave a beefy tone when playing heavy chugging riffs but made it easier to play melodies on the higher strings. I can remember playing My Curse by Killswitch with that setup.
Yeah man, that’s pretty much what I’ve got. Even though it’s a smaller scale neck the tuning stability is amazing on it. I’ll never get rid of it. I’ve done My Curse on this guitar as well. What band were you touring with dude?

Amazing Cover! Got to see them live with Clutch back in the day. Pepper even handed me the setlist, still have it to this day.
That must of been some show dude. Seen them live a good few times and got to hang with Pepper when I played Bloodstock festival.
