I love how the narrators/speakers in these videos call the secondary bedrooms “guest bedrooms.” How about calling them what they really are? Theyre the childrens bedrooms (seeing as youre seemingly most likely selling these homes to families, or at least the homes appear to be made for that). If youre going to have a guest room or office/den/library/flex room or anything else you care to make it, then name that properly. Are your kids considered ‘guests’ in your home? I cant imagine a lot of people who would. Im sorry not sorry for both saying this and perhaps making this comment so long. And I know it probably is a trivial thing to most folks, but for me at least words say a lot, and Im willing to bet Im far from the only one.

Everything in the house is great, but I would like to say…the one thing I dont like about free standing tubs, is just that if water splashes like when youre getting out of the tub, water can easily get on the floor BEHIND the tub against the wall, where it is more difficult to clean up. And anything left behind can attract mildew. Sorry, just wanted to say my peace, thanks.

I love looking at these KLM homes, but this music has got to go. I am going to click out because I can’t handle the confusion with the conversation and irritating music.

I like how the exhaust for the range was built into the cabinetry, as opposed to a separate appliance component, which I consider somewhat unsightly when not needed.

Wire shelving in a closet is not very functional. I much prefer built out closets with hanging space , lower and upper shelving, as well as spaces for shoes, handbags, folded clothes and linens.
