Is it better to set highs than quicks?
depends on the spiker, my spiker had boom jump and was 5'2 so I set him high
They are different and both are good for different reasons, quicks are good if you notice the blockers are reacting well to ur high sets and shutting down ur spikers. Highs give ur spikers more time and control to score. It just depends on the timing and situation ur in. Best to do is use both to keep the other team from getting used to one or the other.
