Yes, consistency is the most important thing. I used to also feel guilt about short meditations until I realized that I need to do what resonates with me while being open to change.

That idea is a major thought . "limitations are self-imposed". That takes such a lot of honesty in between all the things that seem to be coming at us. as you suggest its an ongoing process. Sometimes I feel inspired to share and keep learning more - every now and then it just feels like its an old story in my life especially as years catch up so quickly and time speeds up. I am just a little flat with trials at the moment. Tomorrow will be new . Right now actually I enjoyed your slower pace it was a joy thank you.

I started my year off losing my best friend, my beautiful dog Bella and I’m just miserable…it’s been a long rough ten years altogether and she was my everything through it all. Can’t even get excited about spring because her and I always got outside on nice days together. I hope to experience this positive shift you speak of

Any experiences how you perceived things as a child? I have a 7 almost 8 year old daughter who is blind. She picks up on so many things….
I picked up on other people’s emotions, and I had a few spiritual experiences. I was mainly aware that I was being guided. In high school, I started dreaming about things before they happened. I really didn’t start to perceive the spirit world on a regular basis until I was in my early 20’s. Blessings to you and your daughter.

Hi Jessica, I appreciate your insight i was wondering if you are able to answer my question, since you can't see with your physical eyes are you able to see things with your third eye? Just out of curiosity because i haven't met anyone who is blind but also spiritual and am curious how bein a spirit but can't "see" is like.
Thank you for the question. Yes, I have the ability to use my third eye. I don’t see the spirits themselves, but they show me specific pieces of evidence that can be identified during readings as well as for messages. I hope I answered your question. Love and blessings.
