Hey Food Lovers...Welcome to my channel "Nom Yumm". You may know little or no cooking. Nom Yumm makes cooking easy & enjoyable for you! From my experience, I believe anyone can learn the art of cooking quickly. It’s more like a basic life skill. All you need is someone to remind you of recipes, and a space for yourself - well, then you are all set to start!
Nom Yumm brings you exciting recipes from all cultures. Mom is my cooking guru- for many of us, the first teachers are our moms. Through this channel, I bring to you mostly her recipes, which were once grandma’s secret, and before her, her mother’s. Tasty recipes like traditions flow from generations preceding to the present. Simple Egg Curry Recipe • Egg Recipe - Nom Yumm
Simple Egg Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 boiled eggs, cut in half
4-5 tsp oil
Pinch of turmeric powder
Pinch of chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp fennel seeds powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
Little water (for frying spices)
1 cup water (for curry)
Slitted green chillies (for garnish)
Roti or rice (for serving)
Instructions:
Fry the Eggs:
Heat 4-5 tsp of oil in a pan.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder and chilli powder to the oil.
Fry the boiled egg halves in the spiced oil until they are slightly crispy. Set the fried eggs aside.
Prepare the Curry Base:
In the same pan, add 1/2 ts...
