I have to say that you are a sweet soul and such a breath of fresh air!! It’s hard to find channels to watch that say they’re for The Most High and their lifestyle reflects it. Too many of these videos have women talking about their relationships with Him, and two seconds later the video has all sorts of cussin and exposing too much of their body parts which isn’t necessary to make these vlogs. Thank you for not feeling like you have to compete with those types of videos in order to be a RUclipsr ❤ Something I’d like to add is regarding the Sabbath, as I felt called to study the Bible years ago, I found that the Sabbath is on the seventh day (Saturday) as opposed to the first day of the week (Sunday). I researched and found out that the Roman Catholic Church changed the sabbath to Sunday to align with their traditions and beliefs long ago. I agree with you…the purpose is to practice! But we have to be careful on not changing His word to fit us in saying that the Sabbath can be done on any day of the week. I can see you have a heart for The Most High and it’s a beautiful thing to see through the darkness of this world. Alyssa, I really enjoy the transparency moments that you share with us. The moments of vulnerability. I feel that as creators grow, people tend to forget that you guys are just that, people. Jaelan, @faceovermatter shared something similar in one of her recent vlogs. Sis, I definitely understand lacking self confidence I lack in mine ever since I had my son, even though he’s 2 and I’ve been trying to get back in the swing of things and get back to me but it is so hard. Just know that you’re beautiful, and wonderfully made. Great video! 🫶🏾💕

Shout out to you for continuing to stay encouraged and to speak life over yourself. Regardless of what the situation looks like or feels like you choose to believe it what God says about you, you choose to stay motivated and do what was best for you even when it wasn't easy. Sometimes its easy to feel like when we acknowledge our pain we're "accepting that's who we are". I've found comfort in accepting that okay not to feel okay and show myself that kindness by acknowledging because our feelings whether they be anxiety, depressions, etc or even negative thoughts etc do not define us and are transient. It doesn't mean that those emotions and seasons aren't painful but through it all our choices and faith strengthen us to carry on, and that is our testimony. And that testimony will not only stand as a reminder that we will overcome and that God is a present help in similar challenges but also a reminder for those we encounter in the future (friends, children, strangers etc). You are beautiful inside and out. You are loved by God and the people he has placed on this earth to be a physical representation of his love for you. You are imperfect but that doesn't not make you any less glorious & worthy. You are intentionally evolving and putting in the work to become the women you are meant to be and that is commendable and worthy of self encouragement. So days aren't as easy, and positivity may be running low but you are still more than capable by God who strengthens you. Your light is shining before man with every conscious effort you make and your efforts are making an impact, even if the fruits of those efforts will manifest in another persons life out of your view. Is okay to acknowledge your discomfort or fear or annoyance (hair, life frustrations etc), it does not make you ungrateful because as you ***choose to not sit in that head space things will ultimately get better. You life is so much more than what you have to offer people, it is a beautiful part of your story, but even still your commitment to love, your journey, your choices, your fire, your spirit, your growth, you heart, you dying to self, your faithfulness, and your gratefulness, etc etc that is who you are. Have a wonderful week ahead and stay encouraged. You are necessary, you are loved, and your light before men will not be dimed, EVER, in Jesus name Amen.
