When you install the final step of screws into the lower vertical bracket onto the TV you are supposed to use the black washer bushings underneath the screws so that there is not metal on metal sliding going on and the screws sit safe and secure

Also where your handle is,cut it into your triangle sections and then fasten them. Your weak point is on your handles
