I duplicated high value items and sold them to shop trader, at first I thought the game had frozen but it just took a while for the sale to complete.

@@80skidYT another question if i delete the game and reinstall it will i still have the saves from before so that i can still play where i left off

​@LoafLabs If you delete your game install only, the player save points stay for the version you played. If you say reinstall a older game version, you need to create a new save point for that version. Older game version save points can be converted to newer game versions but you can't convert a newer game version to a older game version.

If you look in the play list for dying light 1 glitches will be located there.

@@80skidYT no don't do that, it doesn't explain how to do it + you said you did it on a older version or sum.

​@victz283 I do explain how I managed to do the solo offline player stash duplication glitch in 2024. As stated I've done a number of videos on it if you look in my dying 1 glitches playlist.

The only way is to update the game to newer version but you can't take items from older game version save to another newer different version player save point if that's what you mean.

Let's say you have 2 player save points. 1 older version, 1 newer version. Any items in older version can't be moved to newer version uses you update older version to newer version save point but you still can't move items between save points regardless of version.

@@80skidYT that's awesome, I remember that to display the old town menu you needed to be in there then exit to the menu, not really sure why techland removed it, who knows. Think it's worth a short video? lol

It was patched unless you can use an older version of dying light.

Not as far as 8m aware but they recently updated dying light to 1.42 and it just says minor bug fixes.

The original solo player stash duplication glitch was patched a long time ago.

I just used the stash glitch like a week ago should still work unless it’s a different glitch it’s where you turn off Wi-Fi but that was right before update

Hi, it needs to be standard game version v1.00, although some have said it works on enhanced edition. Make sure your past 3rd story quest airdrop and be able to sleep. It should work as I have a disc on xboxone and can confirm it works. You do need to disconnect from Internet to stop game updating. The control on xboxone I believe are A and Y together when exiting player stash. If done correctly you should see a window for a brief moment.

Before legend level was added for some reason if you used the duplication glitch on household supplies or chemicals they would stack over 999.

@@80skidYT It's still not 100% but that's what worked best for me. I also think some windows may have invisible walls because of the weird way the player can get stuck on them temporarily.

There might be 1 other I can't remember though.
