Hi, @duyanhxp. For carry-on items, customs and refund are after the immigration booths. For checked-in items, you’re correct - you can do the refund after the immigration booths together with the refund for your carry-on items. We prefer Global Blue because they credit refunds faster and there’s an app where you can check info about your refund. However, you can’t choose the refund company. Hi, @vickigoldrich7226. You might need to mail your form if you purchased your goods outside of France. If from France, no need to mail your forms if the screen turns green. The mailboxes are just behind the area of the Pablo machines. From the Pablo machines, you go to the direction of the customs officers then make a u-turn. However, we have seen a number of tourists wearing the things that they bought during their trip at the airport, and it was okay. For the suitcase, that should be fine. So technically, you can ask your husband to do it for you. However, if the screen turns red, the customs officer will ask for your passport, sometimes your return ticket and the goods. However, we saw others mailing their forms probably because they opted to receive cash refund or they made their purchases outside France (other EU countries). Hi, @yakopsi. No, we didn’t get the full amount of tax indicated on the invoice. We got around 10%/11% only. We think this is because refund companies get a certain percentage as fees. Update.. I got to do my tax returns at Madrid but just as an Fyi we need to make sure we have a envelope for the tax operator company in my case (global blue) since they didn’t have an office at Madrid airport, it was a crazy journey, hopefully I’ll get my tax returns
