Hello, if I want to exclude some Shopify products to be match with Odoo on the initial link product how can I do that in Shopify side? Right now, it won't let me do the link product because there are products in Shopify that are not created in Odoo and I want it to stay like that. Is it possible to exclude also synchronisation from Shopify side?
Hello! We appreciate your question. We can exclude products specifically from syncing with Shopify only from the Odoo side. Each time products are imported from Shopify, the entire list of products that match the "import_products_filter" will be received. However, during imports, these products will initially appear in the mapping table where they require mapping to existing ones in Odoo or manual creation if needed. If there are specific products you do not wish to receive, you can simply delete their records from the mapping table to prevent their synchronization. I just tested the ventor app and it seems the letters aren't being scanned, for example our barcode is "A12345CART" the only characters that are being read by the scanner are the numbers "12345" omitting the rest. Is this a normal behavior of the app or is it because I'm not using the zebra scanning device? I am just using it with an android tablet with bluetooth scanner while testing. EDIT: We are using code-128 for the package barcodes

Hello, I have a question regarding the scanning. Can you set Ventor up so the picker will have to scan the location first and then the stock. So the picker basically scans the location as a form of validation that they are at the correct location.

How can i add a label to the inventory app? Once i want to print a label, for products with serial number, going into the warehouse, there is nothing showing up. Can you help or show how to do that? Is this a bug in your module?
You need to create and publish a label using a corresponding model where you want to use and print it. In your case if you want to use your labels through the inventory module on the transfers you need to create a label using the "transfer" model and after publishing it will be available under the print button. Also, on this form, you can print labels with the use of the "print labels" button, for this case you need to create labels using the "product variant" model.
