My go to routine is to wash my hair with a hydrating shampoo then deep condition then either do a wash n go or braid out

I really appreciate comments like these. Definitely has been a journey even before going back natural. Wanting to get my hair to healthy place is important and definitely figuring out my hair loves hydration and moisture did the trick. But I wasn’t too good with trims last year but this year I have been doing every 3-4 months for trims

You are right it does flake and give you a cast but the hold and definition is so good I can’t let it go 🫠😩.

Thanks this is what’s been helping me. And I feel like the sides of my hair may be less dense but still over all my density it pretty much high. If anything I have more differences in textures from the front then the back.

I love to stick with what works if I see progress with it. Every now I then I try new products to see what’s out there but for the most part I use the same products. I get it you want to see who sticks with the same products. They usually don’t because they are getting so many brand deals. I appreciate the love though!! 🫶🏽 and hope the lavender deep conditioner works for you, I love it. Btw I actually had an ambassadorship with them I was excited because I was already using their products!

Yea, you need to alot of water but it is easier to do it after you shower.

Gotcha I feel like that would only work if my hair was naturally straight .

Sorry to hear that. It’s a little crunchy for me but at the same time using a good deep conditioner and leave in conditioner will help your hair stay moisturized once the gel casts breaks!!

@@jessicamartain You may not have used it incorrectly. I tried the mousse without a leave-in and ended up with dried-out hair. I've seen others say the same. I can't use this product without something underneath.

Thanks so much !! I feel like you’re right gels do provide a stronger hold for longer lasting results. Also application and Maintence of your hair plays a key role in how long it lasts as well. But I also get it about working out figuring out how to wear your hair to the gym because I also sweat a lot too lol! One thing that has helped is splitting my hair in half and forming like 2 loose pigtails kinda… But I don’t think I’ve ever tried a flaxseed gel 🤔. Are they good? Might have to try.

Yeah! Give it a try see if you like it. But you must mulsify in your hand and use on soak and wet hair. Use little at a time not heavy use when you mulsify
