@@jennaircanada5422 We are highly frustrated with JennAir's "resolution" attempts...we have had many calls with them waiting on the control module for over 2 months now, thinking they have ordered it and have been getting strung along that the part would be in...then no it's not, it will be a later date, then that date comes and still now part. We thought we were in the pipeline waiting for for the part so that the repairman could come and fix it...sound simple? NO. Seems they cancelled our order for the part (after waiting months) and decided that we would "buy" this new model above at a discounted rate instead, and wait who knows how long for the new oven. What? who authorized that? We went from Jennaire offering us to fix and replace the control mocule for free to now we having to buy the new model, and wait how long for that to come in? Well, that question is yet to be answered after weeks of calling and calling agian. Finally I took it upon myself to go to the appliance showroom that we originally purchased our Jennaire appliances 3 years ago, and the salesman said it takes 6 months to come in. Also our stand alone icemaker has needed repairs annually since we purchased...now again, 2 months out of warranty and broke. We will not recommend anyone to buy Jennaire after all of this.
