I'm also at uni. I've had a lot of people tell me that now is the time to get out of your comfort zone, because behaviour / thought process you develop in uni quite often stays with you for the rest of your life. I'm talking about anxiety which I also suffer from but a lot of stuff really. I've been to the doc who referred me and things are getting better... I think lol Anyway, I hope you called the doctor back x
