this was the most scariest sport in pe when i was little because my shoe would fly off ever time

When I used to play I always tried to make sure that I didn’t only kick high and far away, but to kick to where no one was really standing at🤣

Okay, this is beautiful...it warms my heart to see kickball actually existing somewhere. You have no idea. I'm sure it may have been the same for alot of people who were kids of the 60's/70's (I'm 60, so my only timeline of reference is that period.) And in Elementary School in SoCal then, Kickball was our bloodsport. I don't mean, like, the usual 3rd Grade class game, led by the teacher, in involving boys & girls - no, no, no - I mean, daily games to the death put together by, well, I don't want to say the "rougher" kids, but - how do I put it p.c. without getting flamed here - none of the "gentler" or "artistic" or "geeks" or "math nerd" or "wimpy" types, okay? - and hey, they were my friends, too - but, these games belonged to a rotating group of about 12-14 of us, one short game at 1st recess (15 min.) the daily "main event" game at lunch and we'd finish that game at short recess before the go-home bell around 2:45pm. Hardcore games. Glad to see it still exists!

The funny thing about this... is that you realise Americans can’t kick balls... this is the first time seeing this, and I’m fairly confident that a lifetime of football would make me the best player on that field 😂
