To us wqt jo insan ka sense of self hota hy jis k through wo aware hota hy k main astral project krraha hun, wo rooh nahi hoti, body bhi sleep ya dead state me hoti hy. Wo asal me NAFS hota hy. Salaam Everyone ✨ 25:23 Basically its just 3 terms Shariah, Fiqah and firqah. Understand them separately. Firstly, what's shariah. 1. Shariah: The Quran and sunnah is called as shariah. Or the rules mentioned in them. Sunnah is obtained from two ways, Hadith and Knowledge passed through generations (grandfather teaches his son, who teaches his son etc.) Now, Where does Fiqah come in? Well, it's so simple. Quran and sunnah lay the general Principles, Rules & Solutions related to all affairs of life, and for all sorts of situations that r gonna take place until the Qayamah. (Everyone knows that change is the only constant in world, i.e, the world is dynamic not static) But, there is no specific ruling in Quran and Sunnah for crypto currencies! Infact there is no mention of Crypto Currency! What do we do now? That's where Fiqh came in. We decide based upon the flexible & general principles that are laid in Shariah (Quran & Sunnah), arguments are given in favour and against (called istadlaal) and a conclusion is reached based upon those arguments taken from Quranic verses or Hadith (called instanbaat). if crypto currency involves any single element that is prohibited in Islam, then it is considered Haram, if not then Halal. Similarly, there are many other examples like how do we pray when on an aeroplane? Or whether IVF is right or not? These were not invented at that time. But basic rules cover all these issues aswell. The difference among 5 imams or 5 major fiqahs develops because they perceive or interpret the hadith or Quran differently. Sometimes all are correct sometimes only one of them is correct. What does a normal Muslim do? Well, for example if you're desiring to have a judgement regarding crypto currency, then listen & read all fiqahs, but follow the one that is according to Shariah, in that specific matter. Maybe its ruling on an other matter is not right. Then don't follow that fiqh in that matter. Hope that clears it.
