Abs I've spoken to your crazy scientist and we had a brainstorm... I'm thinking currently i have gawn, xerri and tdk with Boyd in my rucks and flex.. With marshall (Saints) and English (bulldogs) out for the start of the season as a minimum.. i was thinking saking Gawn, putting boyd as my flex and bringing Sam Darcy (dogs) hoping he takes English's position. Thoughts on Darcy playing prime ruck with a chop out from Lobb.. or is the scientist on crack 🤔 🤯

The way I see it abs, is that the quality of coach in the cash league is gonna be astounding, it will likely even have the winner of supercoach 2025, JUST A CALMA DOWN! So the cashie isn't about the money. So the more opportunity to make your money back/ earn small amounts of money the better. I like the changes keep up the good work!

I’ve got Rivers going at 108 this year, it’s hard to change roles in the middle of the season to a position you haven’t played at this level, he didn’t have the match fitness to play a full game mid, but now with a full preseason training as one he should be good to go.

So many weapons in ruck I don't know what to do with. 😂 I thought i was settled on Xerri, Darcy and English. But now I really like the Tank also 😂 Not to mention wanting Gawn at some stage 😢 Can we have 2 flex positions next year, Just Calm a Down!! 😂 I think ultimately the decision will come down to fixture analysis and bye planning. Like the idea of planning for a Nank > Xerrie Trade at the byes. Could be the way to go to optimise the match ups for the rucks and byes. Thanks Abbs.

Something to note as well about Ridley, he has pulled up with a "minor" hamstring strain and will miss Essendon's practice game against the Bulldogs on 15th of February. he is a big injury risk and has a lengthy history with soft tissue injuries. interrupted pre season is never a good sign

If this rate of injury continues in to the season we’re gonna need 50 trades.

Hey Abs . thanks for a great summary of Bolton. Although he doesn't interest me as a starting pick, he could be good post Bye. With the new flex poss and one score dropping out, a player with a huger ceiling become interesting as a F6 -7 option. Depending on match ups its basically a free swing at a big score. I see players like bolton and maybe a few key forwards as possible options at F6-7 as if they pop a huge score - great if not the score drops. thoughts ?
