What guarantees do you have in any other country, really? In Florida you have guarantees your insurance premium is going to go up every year, maybe double. Other countries there are give-and-take. You can pay more, maybe twice as much in Costa Rica for a better deed? What is your point?

However, there might be specific items or particular needs that may not be readily available locally. In such cases, platforms like Amazon can provide a wider range of options. Thank you for your thoughtful question. Life in Rancho Santana can be a wonderful experience for retirees who are as active as Kenny and Joanne. The community offers a variety of activities and amenities that cater to a range of interests and fitness levels. As for the location, while it’s true that Rancho Santana is somewhat removed from urban centers, this is part of what makes it such a peaceful and serene place to live. That said, we understand the importance of access to medical services, especially for older residents. There are medical facilities available within a reasonable distance, and Rancho continually working to improve accessibility to essential services. It’s also worth noting that many residents appreciate the slower pace of life and the close-knit community that comes with living in a more rural setting. Of course, everyone’s needs and preferences are different, and we encourage potential residents to visit and spend some time in the community before making a decision.

At the very least you raise the possibility of spending a few weeks in the environment to test how it feels, assuming as I do that having lived my life in North American cities my wife and I wouldn't be able to make such a drastic change at our stage. But then again, you never know!
