The clutch is stuck, pick up the back and slam it down a few times it should release. I seen this issue with that hub motor on other e-bikes . Don’t be afraid to slam it will take a few tries.

I have the same bike, I had to change the tires, because I was getting flat tires, almost every day. I been having problems with the brakes, I replaced them but now it sounds like weird.

This is just like my cat used to have sleep all day on a pillow .

Do you personally recomend this bike? And did you have to buy a new battery which costs like 500bucks? Thmak you

I didn't see you turn the ignition switch on near the throttle. You won't get power unless you do. I made the same mistake wondering why it wouldn't go. When the power button is pressed to light up the m5 it is necessary to choose a gear1,2,3. Using the + sign button. Don't jab the throttle as the bike it may take off like a rocket depending on how the P parameters are set. This is a powerful bike. The brakes may appear weak at first due to factory residue on the disc and pads but this will burn off with use, just be aware. I will change my peddle cranks to a shorter version about 4" to offset my knees coming so high on the up stroke. This will change my choice of peddle gears when using peddle assist. You may find you have to peddle faster for the same effect.
