I made mango achar this summer in Brampton the same way you did it.I was putting it in the sun during the hot days. I don't know why guyanese are bringing mango achar from guyana to Canada.

Wild boar...I try stir frying or soup but sometimes the smell is too strong and the gamey taste is over powering, I try adding different seasoning but it seems to just intensify the gamey taste or just makes it taste weird ....the only thing that work is curry ...
