Good morning, guys. That's a beautiful looking curry. They are some nice sizes. You have cooked it beautifully. Maybe the Florida hassas are softer because of the climatic conditions as well. Although it's Florida, the temperature in their rivers/ streams are much cooler than in Guyana. They toughen up with the heated water, I assume! You haven't missed anything in your curry, I like how that curry had the best color, and you said * let me add lil paprika for color LOLOL." Gyal yuh mek me laff 😮😮.
