Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I didn't include AMD in my analysis for a few reasons: 1. Its price-to-earnings ratio is too high, 2. The stock is nearly at its peak, and 3. Intel's entry into the semiconductor foundry gives it an advantage over AMD. Additionally, I had to choose either Intel or AMD as the foundation of my portfolio to support AI growth. However, I do agree that AMD is also a significant player in advancing AI.

Sorry - and of these three - I like SPYD, I also like SCHD and VIG. VIG includes a healthy exposure to growth stocks.

AI/semiconductor sector is on huge growth. Considering SMH along with VIG would also be a great option if it aligns with your research

Intel is also one of the beneficiaries of the government funding and setting up 4 new semiconductor fabs. I am still working on the data to create another video to cover the remaining companies.

For SCHD, the dividend yield is 3.39%. So, for $500,000, the yearly dividend would be around $16,900. Which comes to $1408 per month. SCHD is a great ETF for dividend income with moderate growth. It's yearly growth is close to 12%.
