Ada 1 biji rumah design modern gini di Trengganu, search "rumah cengal". Kayu mmg fully cengal berukir = RM500k juga walau 80% nampak hampir mcm ni. Sy buat gini juga, 2 tingkat atas bawah. Refer Limastiga Umbai, villa mula² yg ada private pool tu. 4 bilik yg luas, atas tanah 1 relong. Bikin log porch 2 tingkat dgn 3 kereta 4x4, 1 garage reper ketukangan, outdoor living room ala mandapa ritz Bali. Bilik semua ikut mandapa ritz,, kolam renang saiz, mandapa ritz.. 1. Kayu beli di kilang balak. 2. Hias dgn tiang Cengal 12x12x10', 3. Bingai cermin 5'x6' 12mm = merbau 3x4 utk 32 keping, 4. Lantai 3x8meranti, 5. Dinding Seraya utk cover dinding bingai cermin All in RM300K juga termasuk upah sikit². Buat di kampung. Perabot hiasan dan kelengkapan air cond, 100k juga. 😍😍🥹🥹

Grass look like fur? incorrect lighting, water not realistic? Static trees? Lemme tell you.. This house already in build progress and it almost done and I already making money of it. I agree with you.. but seems you dont understand what 'accurate' and 'realistic' in this feild. There is no 'accurate' in architecture visualization. Get 2 picture same view, 1 render pic and 1 actual site image.. now compare.. you will see a lot of differences even you render with Vray, Corona UE4 .. etc. You need to learn about where to put those 'accurate' and 'realistic' term. Btw.. thanks for the comment.

@@dlmnsri3913 as long as customers like it, there is no need to worry about the design's perfection. What if we put so much efforts on our design but they won't accept it, it will hurt. Lol Sorry for bad english. 🙏

Simple question but need some explanation. And this is base on my personal opinion, preferences and experiences working on various BIM and CAD softwares. I believe there is no 1 software fit all task. Like in real life, you cannot assign a plumber to do electrical work.. You need electrical expert for electrical work.. plumber expert for plumbing work and vice versa. Revit - I use Revit just for 'creating layout'.. instead of using old fashion Autocad which is very very slow and not intuitive at all. Revit's temporary dimension makes easy to move / reposition the wall, window door etc.. Back in 80's people will do this on paper, a sketch / blueprint. Then in about 90's people start to get to know Autocad even it released in early 80's. Now we are in 2021.. and still using this early 80's technology? The layout for the house in the video done in 10min. ( I cant stay for long in Revit, what an ugly looking UI.. ) The only thing I need from Revit is the layout as dwg ( 2D ). Engineer will need Revit more than I do. Archicad - All 3D build mock up will be done in Archicad. I will import dwg layout from Revit as 'trace reference' in Archicad. Archicad suck at 'creating' layout.. you can do it but wasting much time. Only 2 software good at this, 1 - Revit, 2 - Chief Architect. 3D model from Archicad are nice, neat and clean made it easy to tweak / modify in another software like Sketchup / Blender / C4D or Maya. All the detail construction drawing will be done in Archicad. If client want to revise the layout or building design, all my elevation, section drawing will be update automatically. At this stage I still cannot proceed to Enscape.. because I still need to enhance the model. Archicad not good at handling high poly model, if you use proxy, it become hard to put the model into the exact place you want. And some model, they still need to be modify / clean the geometry.. Archicad not good for this task. And the most important.. I dont need all this high poly model and accessories in my working / construction drawing. Sketchup - Sketchup will help me enhance / compile the whole model - some part of the building need round corner. Like column etc.. - custom interior furniture and detail model accessories ( not proxy ) - Better landscape ( realistic ) setup. - Easy 3D roof tile placement. - High poly model like bed ( proxy ) Sketchup will make the whole scene look more better. Thanks bro. Some of the trees come from Lumion itself.. and the rest is my own collection. It hard to say for plants model, they might look good in modelling software but they turned bad when rendering. I use em in my latest vid ruclips.net/video/02B2YBbOuBk/видео.html

@@dlmnsri3913 you have a beast of a machine, RTX 3090 with 128gb ram? That's why your renders are so smooth and realistic. Please continue to do more enscape renders, since I'm also an enscape user. I'm still learning, and you're renders are one of my inspiration. You can check 1 particular video on this account that I did, and will continue to do more as I learn more.

Actually.. to be honest.. I do 3 PC.. 1 laptop.. so I experiences many things... what I can say to make it simple to you is.. "beast machine have nothing to do with our render good or not".. the only different is 'time'.. hmm.. slightly faster.. thats all.

@@yeshua0521 Base on my own study.. to make your render look good is come from few aspect. This is the main thing that make your render look good, smooth.. eye candy and attractive..
