Door hinge squeaking? Worn out bushing. I bought this hinge for just over $100 on RockAuto.Com and painted it to match my wife’s Tahoe also works on 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 Yukon or Avalanche exactly. Silverado/sierra can’t be much different!

Hey man i have the same bike and have to replace the main cylinder but cant find one do you have any idea where to look
Send your cylinder to Power Seal and they can fix it. Unless you mean brake master cylinder, then look for new oem on Rocky Mountain’s oem section. This is a Eric fort 144 kit but from what I understand millennium is who bores and recoats his cylinders.

Nice riding! That terrain looks awesome, i'll have to look it up! I don't disagree about your passing, but I only recognize it because I do the exact same thing all the time! I've been working on revving sooner and also keeping a bit more distance so that once i do recognize a passing line, i have enough time to make the best of it. Even though I'm a former cocaine addict, with close to 11 years of sobriety from it, I know that there is nothing that exists in this world, or on this planet, that can give anybody the high a fast motorcycle will give them. I foolishly lost light of this truthful fact, when I fookishly wasted a large portion of my life on drugs, sadly, being years I will never be able to get back. Very happy that I'm back doing what brings me the most happiness in life, and doing what I am most passionate about....being having alot of healthy fun riding fast dirt and streetbikes. I bought a fully restored, from the frame up, 1985 Yamaha 2 stroke RZ 350 Kenny Roberts Streetbike. I had other streetbikes before, that were alot faster, with alot more power, but this is a very fun bike to ride, when the powerband comes on the pipe. I started off with two stroke mx dirtbikes in 1978, at the age of 5. I will be turning 51 years young soon. I also bought myself a mint, low hour 2022 GasGas 2 stroke MC 250 MX Dirtbike, that I'm working on customizing. It's going in the shop in a few weeks, and when the shop is finished with it, and I pick it up from them, she is gonna be one beautiful, fast, sick, and sexy bitch. My last dirtbike before this GasGas was a Yamaha 2 stroke YZ 250 MX Dirtbike. I love riding on the street, but dirt riding has always been my favorite. I bought both motorcycles from Kaplan Cycles out of Rockville, Connecticut, when I discovered Kaplan America, a motorcycle channel on You Tube, about a 1.5 years ago. They are the nicest, most honest, and most fair people to do business with. They own the New England Motorcycle Museum. 4 stories tall, with each floor being larger than a football field, full of vintage dirtbikes and streetbikes from over the years. They're the #1 authorized GasGas Dealer in the USA. They're also an authorized Stark Dirtbike dealership. They also have a huge motorcycle restoration business, with the best mechanics around, that is built onto their 4 story museum. I've become good friends with The Kaplan Family, doing regular business with them. They invited me to fly up to Connecticut, to tour their motorcycle museum, hang out a few days with them, and go dirt riding with them on their 55 acre family compound that is amazing. Check out their You Tube Channel, Kaplan America. They're amazing people, and you will Thank Me Later for telling you about their You Tube Motorcycle Channel. I'm addicted to their channel. Well unfortunately with the chest mount it’s splitting the difference between high sitting and low standing angles. Looks like this one was too low. Sometimes that happens if I hit the camera on the bar pad but in this case it was set too low from the start. Most my newer videos have the angle much better!

I had a gently used, but 3 year old washougal II rear I had stashed away, with a new bib in it and it would not hook up! Got used to it as the race went on though. Good riding man!

Gas on, choke on, lean bike over, pop it in second gear, rock it back and forth to prime the cylinder. Put, in Nuetral. Piston tip dead center then kick.
There is a sequence of things you must do for easier starting.

85 and 86 have the same engine.. they started detuning them after 86 to make the power more manageable..😂😂😂 the 85 and 86 are definitely the meanest! That is unless you get on a service Honda, which is now Built honda, which isthe CR500AF by AJ wagoner, which is putting that motor in a new aluminum CR450 frame You can get em with an 85, 86 short rod version.. now imagine your bike with a lighter frame and a ported an polished cylinder over size piston, balanced crank, Boysen rad valve, fmf pipe, and silencer bouncing you up from 52hp to 65hp!! Scary!! Ohlin makes an upgraded forks an rear shok for it.. it's a wee pricey but worth it! But it also depends on your budget and what you plan on doing with your bike.. but a few modifications or just buy an AJ Wagoner Built Honda CR500AF an call it a day an I promise you if you can hang on to her, you can smoke the meanest factory 450 they make!! Just ask Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Johnson, and Travis Pastrana or some of the major pro riders! They will tell you the same!! Anyway, good luck an great job on your purchase of the finest big bore bike made! Congratulations, and stay safe on that thing! An ya might wanna find a track instead of the tight woods for that Ole gal. She will get you killed trying to ride fast through tight woods. That's what the thumpers are for.. I've owned an 84 husqvarna WR400R and the almighty beast, a king of the big bore 2 strokes, the 1985 CR500 the husky I did woods riding with it had a heavier flywheel an smoother throttle response, after all it was an Enduro bike an made for it.... my 500, umm? No! Way to much power.. can you do it? absolutely but not without a heavier flywheel an actually tuning her down for a smoother throttle response.. or otherwise, even in stock form, she will get you killed in a hurry if you're not careful! Again great job and good luck!!

Wilkins is great! Some super steep jumps. Cedar hills jump lines are a bit flowier IMO, but both are super fun. Also check out Chickasaw Trace if you come up from Obama.

You will never forget what that bike is about, it puts a smile on your face.
A trick to get these to start is to lay it down for a couple seconds until gas comes out the bottom then kick it. I was at high point raceway around the pits where all the riders setup their bikes and a guy in ricky carmichael pit told me this trick

@@Gunnarj59 All CR500's use the same crank, balanced how cranks were balanced in 1985, not good, can be updated to vastly lessen vibration.

I used to own two of these as a 20 some year old, an 84 and 85, the first was the air cooled and the next liquid. Used to ride ‘em like you guys. 30 minutes late to my own wedding! Lol. Thanks for bringing me back!

Are you happy with the shimano ep8 motor?
Yes, I love it so far. Sometimes when I power on it only gives partial power in boost. A turn off and back on has fixed it so far. Also walk mode doesn't work. But other than that the bike and motor seem amazing.

You'll find it only takes one or two kicks to fire it on a cold start if you lean the bike over until you see a little gas dribble out the float bowl vent tube, with the enrichener pulled up of course. Once it's lit it doesn't need much warm up. Great video by the way. I really enjoyed watching it. Your riding area looks like fun. I think you'll also find that if you ride the 500 a gear high instead of ringing it out you'll have less wheel spin, relax more and go a lot faster. I run mine with a 13t countershaft sprocket and stock rear sprocket, which works good in the tight stuff. It will also benefit from added flywheel weight. The more the better.
Thanks for the advise. I’ve learned it likes an absolute ton of throttle to cold start. Otherwise I’ll be there all day kicking it. That combined with your trick and it starts right up 👍🏼
