i think real facts - MBBS student ask loan from friend or known of 2lacs in return gave him 1lacs each cheque from his father account signed by him later MBBS student denied to return and now claiming cheques got from different source and hence no connection with default cases ...its a planned fraud ...giving cash in lieu of PD cheques is a scam stop doing it.....another important ques - has MBBS student returned the money borrowed ?? if yes does he has proof of it ??
