Revolving speed is 68.85 rad/sec taking g=10 m/s^2 or 68.15 rad/sec taking g=9.8 m/s^2...check the answer and let me know

No Dear 🙏...Slope of incident ray can't be equal to slope of reflected ray because slope is the tangent of angle made with the positive direction of x-axis and it is different for incident and reflected ray. Only the angle between the normal and incident ray ,and between the normal and reflected ray will be same. 🙏🙏
This is simply Laws of reflection
