I’m not kidding this video one year today helped changed my life for the better. Summary: dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life (especially during high school and beginning of adulthood) I saw this video and saw myself in it as a struggling fill in bass player for bands that would feel like throwing up before playing. This video saved me. I now take medication, use mindfulness and take time in the present moment before I do ANYTHING
